My only piece of advice is to just do the work. It’s interesting, it’s engaging, and the stuff you learn in her class is actually important and applicable to real life outside of high school.

To do well on Unit Exams and finals review all previous quizzes and tests from the Unit/semester. The review packets he posts are helpful but DO THE HARD PROBLEMS. ALWAYS ask if you have questions whether in class or at lunch, Aguilar may seem kind of cold at first but he is so willing and able to help if you put in effort.

You have to make sure to pay attention to lectures she gives. Also, doing her homework assignments will positively help your tests. A lot of questions from her practice quizzes appear on her tests. Also, when you are studying, make sure you don't just memorize the information. The questions test your knowledge by giving you an example of an experiment or a made-up situation. You not only have to know what the test is on, but find examples of how it is used in an experiment.

Read the textbook, it may seem tedious but it helps a lot and it's pretty interesting and take notes. He gives tons of optional credit opportunities to do as many as you can. The quizzes aren't too difficult and the vocab quizzes are the only opportunities for extra credit (ex. 3/0 instead of 3/3) so focus on doing well on vocab quizzes rather than multiple-choice (reading the book helps a lot). Tests are curved but don't rely not eh curve to do well in the class. He does assign more written work than other teachers but its not a crazy amount and I recommend collaborating with peers to complete the work. As long as you learn the material its an easy class.

Generally, his study guides are more difficult than his tests but make sure you know them - the course is very easy so long as you pay attention and take notes of his class, he won't give pop quizzes or random tests - only online assessments and written standards.

- Make sure to take extremely good notes and to be ahead in his class (ex. read the textbook practically before he assigns it). If you don't do this, it is very easy to fall behind in his class. - Memorize the information. He tells you not to memorize the info and to learn it instead, but you are better off if you memorize most of the information for his class. - Find other ways to study. He gives us study guides for every exam, but they are worthless. They are just note taking guides that don't even include all of the information you will need for the exams. - Do the assignments NO MATTER WHAT. Not only are they pretty easy points, but things start to change if you don't. - Make sure to do well on exams and not to loose points. Your grade will shoot downward extremely fast if you are not careful.

The class is well organized and things occur on schedule. There are no surprises. The teacher tells you in advance what is going on, what is expected and what is due. All information is on the board and on-line. There are plenty of reminders about what is coming up. The teacher is available for help and is very patient.

The class is very awesome on there. Make sure to do the study guides on there because they are very similarly structured to the real quizzes on there. Materials are always posted on there and are well-structured and organized. The quizzes and tests are worth most of your grade on there. Not too difficult to get an A in the class if you pay attention on there and understand the material on there.

Make sure to turn in your work on time, and DO NOT USE ANSWERS FROM QUIZLET OR FROM OTHER PEOPLE DIERECTLY(you can change the answers but don't copy directly shell know). Its a challenging class, and to get an A you really have to be on top of everything. She is a super tough grader so make sure to write out everything on all of your hw and assignments, (write out everything you do to solve any problem and write down any equation you use, whilel also labeling every part of the homeowrk. Overall good class and good but tough teacher.

make sure you know how to write essays, that's essentially all you'll be doing. she uses ai to grade so i'd suggest looking into what type of words ai would generally like. she also uses an ai checker to check if you wrote your essay using ai (backwards, I know) so I'd also suggest looking into that. would probably double down on you cheating if you got flagged, even if you wrote the essay by hand so make sure you have solid proof that you didn't use ai to write. reviews most of the material in class for quizzes so it's very easy to pass. the main thing you need to learn is how to write good essays - persuasive and analytical in particular.

Please do the assignments she gives. ask for help if needed. Come to class regularly and be exited about the lessons which are truly educational and worth listening to. Try your best and you will succeed. put in effort and you will get a good grade. She really reads and proofreads the essays and helps you understand what you need to improve on. The best class ever as you also get college credit. Be prepared and it will be the best class you will ever take. also essays are chill but just do them well.

I took AP Huge so i dont know too much about USH but from what i experienced there are tons of notecards, and they are timely, they honestly suck but they are easy points. She gives tons of busy work but most of them contribute towards your grade. What matters the most is how you perform on large point assignments like essays and tests, these are super important. Schoellnast is the best teacher you'll have and you won't have a bad time in her class but make sure you score well and you'll get an A and a 5

make sure you finish your assignments in class when he gives time; it's annoying to have to do them later in the evening. he'll lecture for the first minutes of class and leave you to your own devices, so it's very easy to get them done. for tests, you don't need to study too hard, just make sure you can answer most of the questions on the study guide and you'll at least get a b. it's incredibly easy to get an A in his class - do your homework, make sure it's not late, and moderately study for his quizzes.
