Use flashcards to help study for the tests, especially for the nutrition unit. This class was pretty chill and interesting overall.

- we do a lot of group projects in class so make sure you have a good group because the grade for projects is worth a lot - homework is almost non-existent but the assignment she does give, you should complete because it's easy points - do study for the test because they can be hard if you didn't study. even though she teaches health, you cannot walk in on test day and expect to do well

Ms. Ruebling's class is probably the greatest class at MSJHS. She is such a cool and chill teacher who truly cares about her student's well being and mental health. It's always fun to be in class especially if you have friends sitting next to you. She usually is pretty lenient with seating chart. She is almost always available to talk to via email or in person. She is extremely friendly with her students even if they aren't in her class. She also always manages to bring her life into her lessons which always makes the topic interesting. During advisory and lunch, everyone wants to go to her room because it's always fun to be there. She used to sell instant ramen for a dollar but idk if she does that anymore. Don't consider her class a free period every day though. Regardless, you will definitely have a great time in her class.
