I had Mr. Rath for English 10 Honors. His class is pretty fun and is very discussion based. The first unit, the Joy Luck Club Unit, has a lot of homework. The other units are much more smooth sailing. The first day is quite interesting. You don't write many essays in this class. Most of the time we participate in discussions about what we read. The quizzes are detailed based and short answer/multiple choice while the tests are in class essays, Good luck!

Class of 2022
Mr. Rath is a fun teacher by nature. His class is intimidating at first but once you get to know him its quite fun. He has a nice sense of humor and tries to make his classes funny. Make sure to participate in the discussions because that is what makes the class interesting and fun.
