Learn as many shortcuts and memory tricks as your brain can hold, it makes it a thousand times easier. However, always learn WHY everything works or you'll be lost when you try to explain chemistry concepts.

Mrs. Harris was very cool. She taught us efficiently, using hands-on labs often without leaning on them to do her job. I loved that she was willing to try to answer my beyond-course questions, even once printing out a packet on a concept I had asked her about. She expects maturity from her students, and doesn't treat us like children. I was grateful to her for her good teaching attitude, and I would love to take another year of classes with her.
