Because all exams are multiple choice, you need to study everything because there are no partial marks to get. the teacher explains very well and his classes were very interesting so it was a very nice experience. there is no homework, just the tests, final and lab exams(which are like tests but on the lab theory, he gives study guides for these which help a lot). Study a lot for the tests and preferably in advance. What is most challenging is the final which was much harder than the tests imo.

Overall my experience was not too bad. He does a great job at teaching and he is very helpful plus he is funny BUT his tests are sooooooo hard, so make sure to study! Go to his classes and do not skip but most importantly WRITE DOWN A LOT OF NOTES, you need to write down everything he says out loud. Something that he mentions out loud only once for like 2 seconds in class can be in the test. In labs, there are microscopes on display, make sure to take pictures of them and memorize them even if it is not in the lab study guide, bc they still might end up on the test! That would be the advice I wished I knew before taking his class. His class is hard; but it do-able.

His Bio 2 course is very interesting and he offers a lot of tips on how to memorize for the exams. He will emphasize what is important to remember in class and his exams are very fair. The lab portion of the course is very demanding, he is strict with lab reports and his lab exams are relatively hard. If you come to class and take notes on his powerpoints, you can get a good grade. He is very passionate about his teaching

I had him online for bio 2. His tests and his final exam were all multiple choice. The questions were not always straightforward and they were sometimes confusing. The teacher explains well during lectures and is available during office hours for further questions.
