This is a very abstract class, something I didn't know, so it was difficult for me to keep up. I enjoyed Scott's teaching a lot, he's very animated and passionate about his class (easy to pay attention), cares about his students, super kind and funny! But I just couldn't process this class. It was contradicting, very back and forth. He gives out quizzes every class, you're allowed to help each other, use your notes, it was a good way to bring up your grade. If you get this kind of material, you'll be fine! I just couldn't do it, I still passed though.

Take lots of notes! Go to every single class. The tests I find are not too hard but can be overwhelming. Try studying a week before.

I personally loved this class, super interactive and he might speak loudly and with a lot of enthusiasm but it really helps keep you attentive when you have a long class. TAKE NOTES!!! he doesn't send notes and don't rely on others. The little in class assignments are very easy, take your time and ask question its worth getting good grades on them. The tests are pretty straight forward, as long as you took notes of what he talked about in class. All in all, loved this teacher.

Take notes! If you don't take notes you will find the tests very difficult since he doesn't post many notes online. Amazing teacher, he makes the topic very interesting and listens to everyone's answers and questions.. He always has time for you during his office hours and gets along very well with students.
