I was in her 101 fitness volleyball class and I really enjoyed it. The manual was like 5 dollars and this course relied heavily on it. You should try to read the assigned chapter before each class because she goes over it at the start, but it's not a big deal if you don't. She gives you a paper with notes and then you take a 10 question multiple choice quiz. It's super chill however because she answers questions and lets you do it in teams. There is 2 tests and the LIA which I feel was a lot of common knowledge and you don't have to study too hard. It's physical education in the end. She grades you on 5 for participation every class. If you answer a question or volunteer to be an example and then actively participate in the games you'll get 5/5. My class average was 78% but you could get in the 90's if you do everything she asks (there is a small assignment for every chapter takes no longer when 10 minutes if you read the manual), therefore you could end up with a good R score. I recommend her class. She is also super sweet and encouraging.
Just stay on top of your work and you will be fine. She is a difficult teacher though.
