The energy is very inviting and honestly makes it easier or less nervewrecking to actively participate. Gives online in-class quizzes based on notes from the previous class and assignments are clear to follow. Don't be late, attend class and do not submit assignments late. Very nice teacher and would definitly take again!

Had him for Fitness/Weight Training. Very fun teacher and a very fun gym class. You definitely have to be there if you want to pass. He makes each class fun and makes you participate. There are quizzes each week that involve answering questions after reading about different physical health notions. There are mini quizzes at the start of each class reviewing what you learned in the homework which you can do in groups with your friends. The final assignment involves a potluck which was fun and an exam which he helps you prepare for and is not that challenging. Definitely recommend.

get the assignments done as soon as your gym day is over so you don’t stress yourself out. besides that, you’re going to have a lot of fun in this class!
Class of 2022
Do your work progressively, he gives a lot of assignments and gives you until the end of the semester to hand them in, but if you leave them until the last minute it will be very stressful.

He is a great teacher. He is very understanding if you talk to him before the due day and he will help you.
