If you can do online exercises you should be fine. But the little details might not be fully covered in class, so beware.
I had Geeta Johal for Calculus 1. Make sure to print the notes templates that she posts online and to bring them to class. She bases her classes heavily on her notes that she fills in in-class. To pass this course, attending every class is a must. The homework assignments are on WebWork and count for 5% of the total grade. Doing them helps greatly, as the only practice we get for the material is during lab periods. We get a quiz a couple of weeks in the semester to help assess whether we understand the material so far. There were 2 midterm assessments and one final exam that together make up 90% of the grade, so be sure to study hard for them. Redo the WebWorks and the labs, as exam questions are very similar to them.
She is an incredible teacher. I really loved her. You have to assist class because the full notes are not posted. She provides lab activities (exercises) for each section. Redo them before your exam and you will be fine. Listen in class and don’t get offended if she doesn’t answer your question. You have to read and have the theory fully mastered. Best experience ever tho. I super recommend.
I had her for cal1 and she was pretty easy-going. Make sure you understand her notes well and practice the labs she gives. Completing webworks helps your grades greatly so don't ignore them.
Don't miss classes since she doesn't post notes. Her exams are fair.
