Do more than just the Webworks! His material is very accessible to students, so it may feel like you have to do less work than other classes where the professors dont give as through notes, examples, etc, but his courseload is very heavy. If you are only doing the webworks shortly before they are due, you probably wont do very well. The tests are generally a little difficult.

3 tests worth 15% each. A double sided sheet of paper is allowed and you can write anything on it. Not much note-taking required as he posts his notes in class. Listening and making sure you understand the topic is enough. If you are absent, you can follow the class on Zoom. To study for tests and final exam, do as much of the practice problems he posts in his notes and the webworks (webworks can seem overwhelming because he gives lots problems but they are usually short and simple, as long as you complete them before deadline, that's a free 15%). Not a difficult class, posts many resources, teacher adapts to students needs.

The class is easy to follow along to as examples are usually very elaborate. He makes sure that the class understands, and the webworks are easy to complete if you follow in class. The final was fair too.

Very organised professor when it comes to his material. Obviously very passionate about the subject, and keeps his material very accessible to students. GREATLY appreciate his use of a free pdf textbook- the examples are challenging and serve as good practice work/exam prep. Though his notes are well organized (he uploads them regularly after every lesson, titles them appropriately, keeps them all in the same place etc) he himself may sometimes come off as a bit disorganised. Occasionally will read emails and not respond, have typos on tests, may miswrite something in the notes, etc, but its generally rare and has never been destructive to his teaching. Beyond a pleasure to have as a math teacher, seems like a very kind guy and does a good job at explaining concepts. Having a professor who actually enjoys the subject goes a long way
