I took world, land and people with him and honestly it wasn't horrible. If you remember his powerpoints and listen in class, you'll ace the tests. As for RM, his expectations were pretty low for the final paper, so it was an easy pass for me. As for urban geography, there were no tests, it was all assignments. He does assign quite a few papers but he's not strict with deadlines and he grades them very easily. Yes his lectures may go off on tangents, but you actually learn a lot of interesting things from being in his classes

Pay attention in class, his tests are literally copy-paste from his lectures and his class notes. His lectures may seem a little like "ok where is this going? " but you end up learning quite a bit! Chillest class ever, sweetest guy. Just be present, half listen, and read whatever's posted. You'll do great!

study mostly the textbook since i haven’t seen most of his notes in the tests. do the little assignments to improve your grade even though there isn’t many. also make sure to listen and write down things he repeats in lectures because it can show up on the test
