The class isn't an easy class where you don't need to study, but if you do the homework and practice, preferably consistently, you should be good. Textbooks are helpful to do practice questions on top of the webworks teachers give. The webworks are usually not enough.

Get the textbook! It's the main way to study for her class and will help you a ton later on. Make sure you do the webworks since those are worth 10% and they're basically free marks. She's pretty good at explaining so long as you show up to class and actively listen. Keep up with the homework and you'll do well. Also do not try to cheat or take out your phone during an assessment she will give you a 0 and she watches you like a hawk.

Stay on track with the assignments and practice constantly because there are only 3 major components in the class the assignments, the midterm, and the final so make sure to do all of your assignments so you can have an easy grade booster.

The teacher is amazing. She is really nice and teaches at a good pace, she is not too slow or too fast, if you have a question she'll go over it until you do. And the way she explains concepts make you feel like they're obvious but it's really that she's a good teacher. Her tests resemble what you did in class and the homework. Keep up with the homework and review your notes. I would say start studying for the test (not learning) about 1-2 weeks in advance so you have enough time to ask her any additional questions you might have. Again she's really good at explaining things and the class does not feel rushed. Every class I left knowing I actually learned something. Also do the webworks. When I had her we had quizzes where you could use anything but the internet including her and talking to people, so might be good to make friends as well. I really enjoyed her class, great environment.
