Sports and Society is probably the best class in the school. It is extremely interesting and super easy. He goes over every chapter of the book in detail each class, and gives away test question answers in doing so.
For his World Views (102) class Sports and Society: Chill teacher, very easy class. He gives a homework assignment (which consists of a reading of 15-20 pages and 5 true/false questions) every 2 weeks and he gives 2 weeks to complete the assignment and he grades fairly. Be sure to show up to every class as he gives notes to copy down (for the tests) because he doesn't post them on Omnivox (he also does a review the class before the test). The tests are not complicated if you listened in class and studied/reviewed your notes before the test. His classes are pretty chill, he makes us watch movies and then analyse them and make us question the world around us. Great class and great teacher!
Easy going teacher. Took him for Pick your Poison and the class was really interesting. He wants to challenge your thinking and make you question yourself/the world around you. Make sure to study well for his exams though.
I was in his pick your poison class and loved it. As long as you do your readings and write your small essays you are guaranteed to success, he grades well. However, make sure to write good notes as you will really need to memorize them for your tests and he does not post the notes
I had his course online and it was the Sports and Socirty Humanities course, the first half of the semester went by nice and smoothly, then the readings got significantly more difficult and the way he words the questions makes it seem like he's trying to trick you but he's not. My class was asynchronous so I never met the guy, but when I asked him a question through Mio, he seemed rather nice. I would recommend taking his course.
