The questions in the exams are not always a copy paste of the what you may read in the textbook, therefore, it's best you read to truly understand the material at hand. Also do not make the mistake of study the night or a couple of hours before the exam and taking notes can majorly help with your studying!

If you take notes in class and make sure you understand the concepts properly you'll do well. But never study for a psychology exam the night before, especially the chapter on the brain.

She gives a lot of pop quizzes but they are really easy, all you need to do is pay attention in class and you will do great.

Use your own time outside of class to print the slides provided by the teachers. It will save you time during class which will help you stay concentrated and understand more. Being present in class really helped me understand things I wouldn't of understood just by reading the slides.
