Stay on top of your readings, because the entire class revolves around the content and themes of the chosen books. Make sure you read and understand the books, and you're good to go

Her English classes require a fair amount of reading. There are reading comprehension tests and two essays, one of which being the final essay. Show up to class, listen to the lectures and takes good notes and you're good to go. The final is closed book so you need to really read the course content to do well.

Kirsty's super energetic and passionate about her teaching. She appreciates those who get more involved in the class and who interact with her. A lot of classes are lectures regarding the novels, and she basically gives you all the information you need for writing essays and doing tests, so if you listen, you'll be fine.

Kirsty is super energetic and passionate and loves what she teaches. Her English class Humanity and Otherness in SF was super interesting and she picks good books to read. She's super fun to talk to in her office and will look over any drafts you have of essays and give you great feedback. I had a great time in her English class and would definitely take her class again.
