pertaining to the abnormal psych course- study ahead of time, you will be quizzed on the little details mentionned in class. if you buy the online version of the book for this course you will not have access to the online exercises ( that are beneficial to studying). the physical copy will give you access to them.

I had him for abnormal psychology. That class is heavy, and the teacher made it heavier by making us learn every line of the book. It's very hard to do well on his exams.

I’m a good student, I have an average pf at least 95 in all of my classes, but in this one, dozens of hours of study only got me 80%. The average student will struggle in that class.

A lot of memorization in this class. He usually just reads some presentation slides and explains a little more in-depth. Do the short assignments, they will greatly contribute to your final grade.

DO NOT GET THIS TEACHER Each exam is worth 20%, you have to memorize about 300 pages for each, and the questions he asks are extremely specific ( for example he’s gonna ask you « what’s the name of the scientist discussed on page 47 )
