The assignments is basically to walk/workout out every week and document it in a very specific way. If you are not able to prove that you actually did the workout, you will fail.

- Bad attitude and overall unpleasant vibe -Lacks variety for In-class activities -NEVER answers MIOs or even reads them for that matter
