Overall, the class could get boring if you do not show up with the right mindset. Indeed, you've got to WANT to learn if you're going to succeed, because the teacher only goes over the same slides seen in the homework...

The material isn't that hard when you understand it, so make sure to understand it quickly so you can go through the exercises swiftly. Do all the perusalls, they are easy points (online learning). The quizzes aren't that hard, but they are always concept questions, so review them before a quiz. Don't put too much effort into the quizzes, they aren't worth a lot of points. Remember that when doing a problem, it's only a matter of finding the information and plugging it in the equations.

The teaching pace is VERY slow. Since this class was online, I kept getting distracted and it was hard to focus. He spends too much time on every topic. I felt like the class could have been sped up quite a bit. Do all the perusalls!! It's free grades. A quick tip, minimum 3 comments even if there is only one slide. Doing exercises in the time he allowed helps to understand. The material isn't that hard once you get the hang of it. He gives the formulas, so no need to memorize them.

This guy is the best teacher I've ever had. He's literally the sweetest person ever, he speaks and explains the content very clearly and he obviously cares a lot about his students and their success. I highly reccommend taking him as a teacher if you have the chance. It's very easy to succeed in this class as long as you put in effort.
