You have to pay attention in class, as most of the things she asks on the test are based on things she says in her lectures. Her tests are not open-book, so you have to memorize your notes, as well as specific details of art works (author, date of publication, title).

Amanda's classes are super fun and interactive! Easy to understand and cover a lot of materials. Memorization is important but not really for exact dates. A lot of group discussions.

Amanda is super approachable and understanding! She's strict on grading but will help you to succeed and understand the materials covered in class. Always there to help.
