Just try your hardest and participate in the activities and you'll do well. A little bit of exercise outside of class could help to have better performances on the physical tests, but this is not required

Her assignments may be quite difficult most of the time but when they are, they're also usually a lot of fun, so you shouldn't worry about hitting word count. Simply learn some healthy writing habits and have fun with the projects/assignments and, more often than not, you'll hit the word count minimum
