Have a good attitude and learn as much as you can. The more you're engaged, the more interesting and challenging jobs in the auto shop you'll get.

Cruiky is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced teachers I've met. If you are interested in what he has to say and show, he will take you under his wing and teach you things about mechanics, running an auto shop, how to be a good person, and getting a job. Somehow he knows something about every trade available and can answer any question you have about jobs and schooling. Wicked sense of humour as well. Pizza on Fridays!
