Ensure to participate during class, and ask questions when you are unsure. Make use of all the review packages and homework sheets Mr. Barber gives out. Take good, detailed notes during class. If you use class time wisely, you will probably finish any homework you have during the class. Bring your textbook to class every day if possible; it's much easier to work from the textbook directly than using the online version.

Mr. Barber is a really great math teacher! Mr. Barber's teaching methods really helped me understand the very difficult math concepts that I had previously never fully understood — he's very supportive and wants to help students who aren't understanding the lessons. He'll stay after class to help you if you require assistance, and he is happy to explain lessons in several different ways to ensure good understanding.
