Regarding MCV (Calculus and Vectors): Do your best to ensure you don't fall behind in the class, and ask if you don't understand something. For both vectors and calculus, the topics build on each other, so you need to understand the first unit well to do well in the last unit. Make sure you do your homework and the learning goals, they will tell you how he wants you to structure your answer(s) on a test.

Do not use your phone, pay close attention and take notes. The biggest piece of advice I could give is ask for help when you need it or you will drown in the workload.
