Regarding MCV (Calculus and Vectors): Do your best to ensure you don't fall behind in the class, and ask if you don't understand something. For both vectors and calculus, the topics build on each other, so you need to understand the first unit well to do well in the last unit. Make sure you do your homework and the learning goals, they will tell you how he wants you to structure your answer(s) on a test.

he never checks homework because it is for your personal benefit, I would recommend that you do most of it as it will be helpful for tests. if you take notes and stay organized I would say that his grade 10 course was much easier than the grade 9 one.

fill out your notes and worksheets even if they dont count towards your grade, they're useful later on in the course. pay attention in class, because sometimes key material is something you hear rather than need to write down.

i took her vocal and guitar classes and ended both with marks above 90%. it is very easy to succeed in her classes as she is an amazing teacher and is very good at explaining. Don't be intimidated about trying the guitar class even if you've never played before, it is so educational. I saw kids who have never played before leave the class at the end of the semester able to play almost any song they want. I would highly recommend her classes she is so sweet and helpful, would not recommend going on your phone though.
