Mr. Goldthorpe and his physics 20 changed my life in my grade 11 year. I graduated in 2020 for context. Because of him, I knew I had the potential to challenge engineering. His class was difficult, but he was engaging, funny, and made physics fascinating.

Make sure you keep revising, especially for his labs. His tests and labs are very fair but they are difficult. Overall, he is one of the best teachers I have ever had. UTILISE BONUS MARKS!!

Take advantage of the bonus marks! You can get up to 2 marks by just completing a practice test and the study guides. Also it's a must to study for labs, you're not allowed to look through your notes and and you get docked a mark if you ask for hints.

Come prepared for labs because they're super intense. And always do the bonus work, it's worth more the extra few percents because it's the best review you can get. Most importantly, keep a positive attitude. Physics can be really really fun if you work hard for it!
