I would recommend doing all of the homework and any practice reviews that your teacher gives you. Math 30-1 is a challenging course and you can’t get through it by doing nothing. Excellence comes from a lot of practice!

Mrs. Lei has to be one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. I’ve struggled with math in the past, hence me despising going to class but because of her I actually enjoy it. I’ve never felt so excited going to Math class! She is very organized by having all of the notes in a separate booklet from the homework and includes many examples from standard to excellence level. You may feel intimidated at first because she essentially teaches the course without calculators but you will soon realize that it actually comes to your advantage because it builds your algebraic and critical thinking skills. She is also very funny and aside from teaching you will love her personality!
