Do your work. If you do the assignments, and hand everything in on tine, you'll be fine. If you slack off and make a lot of excuses, well, you'll be treated like an adult and held to account.

Really memorize (don’t break your back though) those worksheets she gives you, even though sometimes they’re useless. Ask her a lot of questions and be persistent.

Her tests are mainly summaries of worksheets given during class so you should memorize them This class is not about understanding but rather memorization She does not teach during class and her style of teaching is mostly from the textbook

You will seldom take notes. The Social 10IB course is mostly about copying from the textbook onto worksheets. This gives a high average for classwork, but a low average for tests. Make sure you memorize the key elements of the worksheets, as they will be on the test.

Terrific teacher. Once you're in University you will REALLY appreciate how much she's prepared you for the "real world. " Once you're in Uni there's no more getting your mommy to complain because you didn't hand in assignments. They just fail you. Period. Yes, you're expected to do your work, but if you do you'll do very well. Everything is straight forward and mapped out to ensure you come out with the knowledge you need.

She is not the best teacher because she does not actually teach. Be prepared to read textbooks endlessly and to do homework which does not help with understanding

BORING. Simply too old to teach effectively. Could barely hear her, and did not write notes during any class periods.
