You read one chapter a week and write about 1500 words on that chapter. It is very structured and formatted. Since two homeworks equals about one test, if you consistently do homework you can fail a test. Not a lot of projects or creativity, which I like. Very clear, teaches DBQs, LEQs, and SAQs well and I got a 5 on the APUSH test. Would recommend.

one week of homework is about the same as a test, so do the chapter questions. if you do them pretty consistently, you can afford to bomb a few tests
