The homework is very easy and relates easily to the lesson. However, the tests that she gives are extremely hard and VERY different from the homework which makes her class really hard. Also, she explains stuff very fast so its near impossible to fully follow along in her class.

Mr. Gehring's AP Physics class would be very difficult except for the fact that he curves his tests such that a 66+% becomes a 95%. This doesn't make the class easy exactly, but it does mean that you don't have to get every problem right to be an A student. The class requires lots of note taking, as there is no textbook to refer back to, but Mr. Gehring's explanations of the physics concepts are usually pretty good. The main part I found annoying were the labs, which require a great deal of student initiative, as Mr. Gehring often refuses to clarify ambiguous parts of the directions. However, with his curve on the tests, it actually isn't very important to score highly on these.

This teacher is probably one of the most chill and lenient teachers you'll ever meet at Redmond High, she always has what you need, if you're feeling stressed or out of it, she'll help you and let you relax.

Considering how simultaneously difficult and inane the AP Language and Composition test is, Joffre does a great job of nonetheless making his class interesting. The beginning of the year is very difficult, with writing assignments due every week that he grades with great skepticism, but if you persevere, the workload greatly diminishes and his grades become more generous, so that a low A is certainly achievable by the end of the first semester.

The unusual thing about Rowley's AP US History class is that the day to day focus of the class is on numerous small projects, through which the student is supposed to learn about each period of history. They are mostly fairly easy, and he doesn't grade hard, but I nonetheless find them frustrating because they are clearly a less effective and more time consuming way of learning the content necessary for the AP test than, say simply reading the textbook in class every day.
