Make sure to pay attention to your grammar and conventions when writing essays in his class as he is very attentive to any mistakes. This class does contain a lot of traditional textbook work and worksheets, however there are occasionally some fun assignments thrown in.

Mr. Collins is a wonderful teacher. He has so many unique life experiences, stories, and knowledge to share with the class. He has many unique perspectives about the world, and is truly one of the most interesting people I’ve met. Do not be alarmed if he seems fairly intense in his personality in the first few weeks, he does have a bigger personality, and is not necessarily a quiet teacher. He’s very friendly, and truly one of those people that you can learn a lot about in terms of how to be a person. His grades were fair, his assignments fairly average (maybe erring towards the less interesting side), and he provides opportunities to work in class with friends. Overall, you can learn a lot about life from Mr. Collins, and you will absolutely enjoy hearing his perspectives and stories.
