Make sure you have a good understanding of the material. Much of what you learn in class will be on the test. Every class was just him explaining the topic, then doing a practice packet on what he explained.
kinholt is cool. if you need help he will. my advice is to pay attention in class and dont miss classes. he gives us lots of assignments but most of them are pretty short and easy. take good notes and you can usually have open-notebook on the tests. i dont like pop quizzes but mr. kinholt only does them like 1 a month. he is a great teacher and best history teacher i have had. we learn a lot about history that i didn't know before and kinholt makes stuff easy to understand. also we learn a lot about current events and news around the world. at first i hated this but now i like learning about things going on around the world. extra credit is a good way to help your grade in his class. mr. kinholt always corrects me when i dont use capital letters when i should. so i figured i would type this whole thing without any just to see if he reads it. lol. you rock Mr. Kinholt! -GC
