Get a tutor and pay attention

Honestly suck up if you have too. She really isn't as bad as you hear if you're on her good side. Most aren't a fan of her teaching so i recommend getting a tutor. She cold calls often so be ready for that. And also is probably listening to the conversation you're having across the room. Don't try to make an impression as the class clown because she'll call on you the most. Her class isn't crazy boring however.
