Mr. Henderson teaches, from what I can recall, two classes. Honors Chem. and Reg. Chem. I took Honors Chem. and I loathed it. Everyday, after Algebra 2, I'd walk about 15 paces to the classroom, stand outside the door, and cry to myself. Instructional time/lectures was, in all honesty, my favorite part. I enjoyed the learning more than the recalling of information, but that was a common theme between multiple of my classes. Honors Chem. was held at a higher standard for sure; he literally said, "You are not the babies in that silly regular chemistry class, I expect more from you. " He did not literally say that, but I would believe that it helps get my meaning across. Homework was a drag, lots of it-sometimes. However, fear not, little one, Mr. Henderson always provides a "helping hand" to all of his students. (Said "helping hand" is an answer sheet-a digital answer sheet that he leaves in the class drive. Each unit, the drive would update, and you'd be able to check your answers. Or you can just take the answers and not work the equations out, but then you'd have to have terrible handwriting skills and draw some scribbles under each equation. He may give you the answers, but that doesn't mean he's giving you the equations. And you have to leave your work. He is a very nice guy... a very bald guy and quite a middle-aged guy. He will not tolerate your tomfoolery, especially in the lab. He often gave great demonstrations of the experiments or subjects we were learning. And yes, to answer the question that you really came here for: You do get to play with dry ice. yay.

He provides us with all our notes, provides us with many experiments and hands-on materials, and he is very kind and notifies you when a quiz is or when something is due so you don't have to rush to get anything done.
