She always has a lot of resources to offer with questions and is willing to switch around classes and make everything work. Especially with trying to fit in all the classes I want, she has helped me stay balanced and maintain composure throughout the schoolyear.

Not a class but certainly a course of action throughout high school. She goes above and beyond to help, will always see the realistic best outcome and will not only believe in you but do her best to help you achieve it. Absolutely one of the best people I've met, Mrs. Santus is arguably one of my biggest supporters, and she does it for hundreds of kids. Advice for when you need help with her, communicate any errors, do not be afraid to talk to her, she is there to help you. Tell her your goals, tell her where you want to go and what you want to do. Be a little independent, there are ways to find your own classes if you want to take more than what is required, but you have to search a little yourself, it helps her greatly. Be understanding, sometimes a meeting takes time, she is helping so many other students. Number one, help yourself too. If you are in any of the programs that she helps to run, the idea is that you are more mature and are preform above the average student, you need to be able to maintain your grades, reach out to your professors, and help yourself first and foremost. For everything else, any assistance you may need, she is there to help guide you.

One of my favorite among the staff at William Monroe. She probably doesn't even know how many times she has brightened my day just by saying hi to me in the hallways, but knowing there is someone there who is silently watching out for you and helping you is incredible, and this woman does it well. She scouts out the people who she knows will work hard throughout high school, and supports them endlessly.

She is hardworking and always there to help us and anyone that needs help. She has done so much for me and other students. She gets the job done no matter how big it is and she is always thrilled to help.
