don’t stress about the millions of tiny assignments she gives you in class, most are worth like 1 point. very few points are put in the grade book and large assignments are rarely graded on time if graded at all.
take notes when you read the assigned textbook pages. it helps because of frequent quizzes & it makes it easier to memorize
Do the non mandatory review questions for the reading quizzes because basically every hard question is based off of them.
Read in detail and take notes: quizzes are often pretty specific. Annotation is a lengthy process and really annoying, but you'll get a better grade if you do it. Be prepared for in-class discussions and writing a bunch in pen.
