Use the book as an extra suppleent--she teaches almost directly from it Use quizlet and pay attention in class because she gives helpful study tips/examples that make the concepts easy to understand. Go to her if you need help/for questions she will normal tell you about the exam. SUPER NICE! Love Ms. Gibson :)

Make sure to review before tests. But honestly, the class is really easy to get a good grade in and I felt like I actually learned valuable things. I used to hate English classes because I thought they were so useless but this class has changed my mind about that.

Don't take the class if your not ready for a lot of work. Honestly, don't take the class at all. It's so much reading and writing for no real pay off (what colleges accept ap US history for any kind of valuable credit? none. ) not worth all the stress AT ALL. It's just so much timed writing assignments, small group work, readings, so overwhelming. Don't.
