Design % Tech is good class when you learn what to do as if you want to go into the Engineering Field than you should thrive and have fun in this course. There aren't many tests as there are projects/assignments and what you have to do really depends on the teacher. You should learn a lot of different types of technology and energy and the class is pretty easy if you turn in your stuff and know how to follow instructions as a good amount of it self-explanatory.

I am taking honors bio right now and it is one of my favorite classes. Dr james is super chill and pretty much lets us do whatever we want during class. a lot of the assignments arent really graded and just for practice, but still do them aynways as they r useful for the test. however the lectures are slightly repetitive and mostly just presents information on the slide deck, so be prepared to self study. also take notes during lectures and by reading the textbook at home as well because otherwise youre gonna fail. the first 1-3 tests of the yr are pretty hard and a lot of people do really bad on them so don't worry if that is you but make sure to utilize 8th pd and lunch help sessions because she is really helpful at those times but overall a pretty chill class

Ms. Jones is so nice but as a teacher is pretty incompetent. Her lectures are a mix of repeating stuff everyone already knows, explaining confusing stuff that nobody knows, and stories of her high school experience. If you're confused, ask the smart kid, they will likely be more helpful than her. However, Jones is a super easy grader and if you do badly on something you can a) sometimes argue back points or b) if it's a worksheet, she'll let you redo it for full credit. Everyone gets a 100 on everything except the robot.

Make sure you take notes and write down the information taught in class. Keep this with your homework and projects as study material for tests. It’s a HUGE help to the test. The tests in this class are usually very straightforward. You’ll be tested on what you learned with a couple more obscure questions as bonuses.

Memorize, Memorize, Memorize. This teacher is great but tests do get harder because we have to memorize a lot. The grading is pretty easy, since the teacher removes questions if too many people got them wrong and adds a point to those who got it right. As long as you actually study and memorize this class will be an easy A.

The class isn't as bad as people say. Most students ended with a pretty easy A, just make sure to remember and review slides/facts well in advance, the quizes will tank your grades, but class effort is a big part of your grade as well. And make sure to EMAIL when you're absent, missing classes and not making them up hurts your grade

DO NOT take this class, especially if you have any sort of accommodations for test time or anything like that. I've had to appeal to the administrators on multiple occasions to deal with issues around extended time, and she never makes time to let students with accommodations test. My advice: get out of the class if you can, and if you can't, drop out. No diploma is worth this class.
