Practice! Bring receipts (for money paid, forms turned in, etc) to save yourself headaches. Bring tea before/after school and class/chair placement will go a LOT easier for you!

I think it would be better if expectations were made clear and were consistently enforced. It’s too laid back. My last school we were expected to act professional with behavior and preparedness. The music she chooses is nice, but I think we could play better if there were less distractions from other students. She’s available outside of class at school for tea which can be fun. She seems to enjoy talking with students and keeping up with everyone’s lives.
