Take the time to pay attention in class, no memorization is necessary if listen and write notes. There are always opportunities to speak with Mr. Linza, but if he isn't available there is a entire folder of online recording for every unit to use for review or help.

- Always do your homework because it is an easy way to maintain your grade, but also because the teacher will almost always give you time to do it in class. If you manage your time in class properly, you will basically always get your homework done in class and get it checked for credit and out of the way. - ALWAYS do the test and quiz review sheets/questions (incredibly useful) - Be very accurate with the way you write numbers and symbols on tests and quizzes - Make sure to get your absences excused - If you do not understand something, make sure to use the lectures and notes posted in schoology to help you. Most things explained/done in class is found on schoology (which can he helpful if you are ever absent). - Do not use pen on tests and quizzes

- every class is recorded, so you can go back and review a topic online if you did not understand the topic in class - study hard for quizzes and tests, as they cannot be retaken - try your best in every class period, and participate in the process of solving for the answer - if you are having a hard time with the material, go directly for aid during study hall and Mr. Linza will be available in the classroom for guidance. - most importantly: close your 0's and have good handwriting! If you do not possess such skill, it's a good time to start! :)

This was a really fun class, especially for math. It's refreshing to have a positive teacher who's always willing to help and clear up confusion. If given the chance I'd gladly take Mr. Linza for my next math subject.

Mr. Linza is honestly the best math teacher I have ever had! I was always nervous about math because I did not have a solid foundation for higher math, but Mr. Linza always explained questions in detail and never assumed we automatically knew how to get from one step to another. Because of this, I always understood how to do problems in detail and was able to excel in his class. Additionally, Mr. Linza is a genuine and funny person, so I always had a fun time in his class. I was his student for two consecutive years, and I am so luck that I was! Because of him, I feel so much more prepared for my future math classes.

Mr. Linza is a spectacular teacher, and I can confirm this statement since I had the pleasure of being his student last year. Learning mathematics with Mr. Linza had been a treat, as he makes every class period an exciting course to participate in. He the most organized teacher I have ever encountered, as I remember at the very start of the year, Mr. Linza had pulled up a statistics chart of absences and its correlation to class grades, which was pretty mind blowing and incentivizing to do well in his class. The whole year we have been exactly on schedule, and even with obstacles such as virtual learning over online class, it could not stop Mr. Linza from timing the class to end at the perfect time, down to the very last minute. Incorporating stories with a patient attitude in his teachings, Mr. Linza is as encouraging as he hilarious. His humor kept the class awake and hardworking during the last block of the day, and I am grateful to have a teacher like Mr. Linza to have taught me the way through precalculus and trigonometry. He pushes us to become better people, whether it comes down to math, attaining legible handwriting, or beyond. Out of all my math teachers, his classes have been the most memorable to look back upon. Mr. Linza is a truly fantastic teacher, and well deserving of the title No. 1 Math Teacher in my humble opinion!
