Pay attention and make sure to be articulate in the notes packets, they are graded at the end of the unit and are really useful to look back on. (Don't throw away your packets even after their graded, they'll be useful even in future math classes! ) Points are taken off homework when they are late and all homework of the unit is due the day of the test. After that, they can't be turned in. Make sure to bring a calculator every day of class. There is always a review day the class before the test. Most days of class there is a short warm up at the start of class to help review what you learned in the class prior — this is a great time to ask any questions you might have. Don't be afraid to ask them! Be present in class as much as you can. Being present — not just physically, but mentally — is key to passing her classes. Good luck!

Ms. Partridge is the best math teacher I have ever had. She is really good at explaining all parts of math and makes it easy to understand. I absolutely hated math until I had Ms. Partridge as my teacher! She made it fun and I always looked forward to her math class. I 100% recommend registering for her classes!
