Pay attention to everything Memorize key equations, even the ones that are “not needed” More than 70% of the test is not covered during class time Be ready to get the most help from other teachers and resources Do not take lightly on assignments Take notes on every slide Previous slides may be removed from Canvas before test/quiz days Stay awake, never sleep in her class

If you get Ms. Banks, be ready to leave immediately. She is not good with helping students and does not reply back to emails soon enough when needed. Like before test/quiz days when you need help, be prepared with no answer at all. Most test question material will not be covered during class and will result to bad grades. When asking her a question, she will never get to the main point. Instead she asks more questions leaving you confused. If you get Ms. Banks, please change out and get a different one. Also, if you bring anything up to the administration, they will do nothing about the situation. No extra credit is given unless the whole class fails. She will give huge curves for her AP class when most students are failing, which is unfair. She will only go over something if more than half the class does not understand something. She will get in a bad mood if the whole class is still confused. She will rush through the whole course, leaving you clueless. Be social and connect with other students in the class for help. Tutorials is horrible and is even worse on mornings. When I had her, the only one left that was good was the Regular Chemistry teacher. One thing I suggest is looking for YouTube for answers about difficult topics, it is a lot more better than in class work. But if your willing to take the risk, I wish you luck! :)
