If you have a light course load this class will be easy for you. If not, it can end you. People often see APES as a blow-off class but they couldn’t be more wrong. It’s SO important to take notes on the slideshows to even understand what’s going on. You don’t *have* to listen in class but he says some interesting things, so I would perk up occasionally. It’s laid back, you can use your phone/computer 95% of the time.

Class of 2019
Super cool guy. Gives off the impression that he’s cooler than the rest of us... which I mean, he kind of is. Seems hard to impress and serious in class but is a nice guy and is lenient on due dates within reasons (sports, illness, several tests in one day, etc. ) a lot more knowledgeable in his field than a lot of teachers I’ve had and *really* cares about environmental science to the point where it makes a lot of us reconsider our choices.
