If you are taking physics with her, you essentially have to teach yourself. Watch a lot of videos over the concepts "taught" in class. She gets easily frustrated when the class doesn't understand but she tries her best. Definitely use other resources and ask for help from other people if you want to be successful in this class.

If you don't understand something, you should ask the teacher during lunch. Do the notes when he assigns them; there will be a quiz on the notes, usually the next time you see him. Pay attention to the lectures; sometimes he says things that aren't in the textbook but are in the test. If all else fails, watch the Amoeba sisters' biology videos on YouTube.
