Feel free to ask questions to clarify your doubts. The class can get a little overwhelming due to the excessive writing assignment, but then again, it is a literature course. There are some useful handouts, and you are allowed to use them during the beginning of the fall semester for your essays. Essays will be timed and therefore, try and pace yourself.

Ms. Basconi is a great teacher who's willing to work with you to solve the issues you might be having. Her AP Lit course is really interactive and prepares you very well for the AP test. This class also allows you to explore all genres of literature, ranging from poetry to drama. Ms. Basconi also includes mini-projects to break up the monotonous nature of the class, making the class - all in all - fun and exciting!
