Mr. Spiece's class is one of the few that empowers students to take control of their education. It's more work than most, but if you're driven to succeed then you will have limitless freedom of exploration and reap outsized rewards re: internships and professional opportunities.
Class of 2020
The class itself is not too bad, the workload is excessive though and repetitive towards the end, but it does help make connections and learn about professionalism. To do well, you just have to do everything class related in the first half of the week and do the outside stuff during the end. It's better for professionals and your grade in class.

Honestly I feel like my brain is bigger from knowing Mr. Spiece

I thought the class was helpful, but I think it could've been more self-directed towards the middle-to-end. I think the excessive in class assignments and reports were not helpful and the fact that most of my grade depends on those assignments isn't the best for me. But otherwise it was okay.
