The teacher not only doesnt let students to corrections, but student have to do a remediation assignment on top of the corrections, which you have to start over again

Take time to reteach material to yourself. Read the material before the week of quizzes. If you do exceptional in this class, expect it to get more challenging. Don't get discouraged, it can get overwhelming fast. To stay afloat, stay ahead. Seek as many external resources as possible. Encourage a study group within your class, you all will have similar feelings towards the class, but some will hang on better than others and will be able to help you when it is needed. Referring to the syllabus, as far as the materials being taught goes, is very beneficial. Record lectures or ask for the recording, if virtual and on zoom, to be posted to blackboard or canvas.
