Always show your work, even on homework and study guides! You never know what she's going to take up for a grade. Also, the names of the various postulates and theorems are important. I recommend making a Quizlet.

Although her teaching style can be difficult to understand, Mrs. Durham is typically harmless if you're on her good side (if you're on her bad side, prepare for a rough year). Be careful–she will almost never admit to having made a mistake. Finally, I learned the hard way to be careful what you say about her in Dr. Trim's free writes (she'll find out). The good news is that she's susceptible to small talk and flattery.
