Write thorough notes in class, listen to what he says and how he explains the materials because he is great with bridging real life scenarios to the textbook information. He is a very knowledgeable man who has a lot of useful and real life examples and insights on the material at hand and being present/engaging in class goes a long way and will help with the notes that are used. The notes are the most important part of this class, the tests are tricky especially if you are not a natural test taker but the tests are also open note so make sure you are taking notes from the textbook, the in-class slideshow notes and notes of what he explains about the topic at hand because he is truly the best at breaking it down in a way that is easy and relatable to understand.

He is wonderful teacher, the best teacher Ive had in my four years of being at West Chester University. He truly wants his students to succeed but moreover, he wants his students to understand and truly grasp the information at hand and is willing to meet you halfway if you are truly willing to learn and make the effort to understand the material in his class. He is a very smart man and if you need to take a business law class I could not recommend him enough, you will not be disappointed. He has a fun and relaxed manner in class, he just wants you to participate and be present in class and with the material at hand. He always brings great energy to his lectures, he is fun and kind and you will not regret taking his class.
