It is super easy to forget when things are due or when it is important to pay attention, so just always appreciate the class and pay attention even when it seems meaningless.

Class of 2021
He is a very kind and well-intentioned teacher, but he can get side-tracked too easily. At first I thought it had charm, but it started to make the class worse and some classes seem meaningless because we get little done. I would still recommend you take this class though. You will learn a ton about so many different topics that are honestly more important than a lot of the rhetorical concepts he is obligated to teach. He is a great teacher, just not for this specific class, but he adapts it to suit him, and that deserves respect!
