Take your own notes on paper rather than or along with use of the packet. It will help with memorization, I also suggest use of Khan Academy for learning with this class due to poor instruction by the teacher.

Only join this class if you want to a life of never-ending, brain-melting, life-absorbing writing with no to little instruction. You the few tests you will take are not worth studying for (because you WILL FAIL), so to compensate just plow ahead and write as best as you can. Handing assignments on time is a must and its ok to submit whatever you have.

Not all the tests are on things you learn in class, and you will have to learn a lot of the material on your own time. She has only taught for about 3 years as of now, and borrows most, if not all of her classwork from another teacher (Seagers) and doesn't check it, so sometimes she assigns work that nobody understands how to do because she didn't teach it.
